Steel Connections For Dynamo In Autodesk Revit 2020

Check out this Dynamo feature in Autodesk Revit which enhances your productivity by automating modeling of steel connections.

You can now use Dynamo to accelerate the insertion of multiple steel connections based on user-defined roles.

A new Dynamo package called Autodesk Steel Connections is now available.

It enables Dynamo to control the steel connections creation streamlining the modeling of steel buildings in Revit.

It can identify similar geometrical conditions for placing standard and custom connections.

Along with the package, you will find several out-of-the-box scripts which can be driven with the Dynamo player.

A typical Dynamo Steel Connection script starts from a selection of model elements, moves onto grouping those elements into potential connection nodes, filters those nodes based on some criteria and then places the connections.

This feature enhances your productivity by automating modeling of steel connections in Revit.
