How to Use Guide Grids to Align Floor Plans in Autodesk Revit 2020

The Guide Grid feature allows you to line up model elements in the same location across multiple sheets. Learn how to use it.

After adding two levels of floor plans to your sheets, how do you align the views to look like they are in the same spot on every sheet?

With Guide Grids.

In the case where you don’t see your Guide Grid, as long as you are in Sheet view, click on properties and select your alignment file.

Once the floor plan appears, you can move it to the correct location.
